Możliwość regulacji temperatury na stanowisku testowym do badania właściwości elastomerów *
Possibility of temperature control on the test point study of elastomer properties
Mechanik nr 12/2018 - Metrologia techniczna
STRESZCZENIE: Przedstawiono system kontroli i utrzymania temperatury w zbiorniku wykorzystywanym do testów zmęczeniowych elementów. Zaprojektowany system umożliwia osiąganie i utrzymanie stałej temperatury w zakresie od 17 do 45ºC z odchyłką ±0,5ºC. System kontroli temperatury został skonstruowany z zastosowaniem ogniw Peltiera oraz układu sterowania Arduino Uno.
SŁOWA KLUCZOWE: kontrola temperatury, moduł Peltiera, właściwości elastomerów, układ do sterowania temperaturą
ABSTRACT: The system of control and maintenance of temperature in the tank used for fatigue tests of the elements is presented. The designed system enables reaching and maintaining a constant temperature in the range from 17 to 45ºC with a slope of ±0.5ºC. The temperature control system was implemented using the Peltier cells and the Arduino Uno control system.
