Badanie właściwości mechanicznych złączy z niskowęglowych stali Cr-Mo spawanych laserowo *
Testing the low carbon Cr-Mo steel parts for mechanical properties of the laser welded joints
Mechanik nr 01/2016 - Inżynieria materiałowa
STRESZCZENIE: Przedstawiono wyniki badań mikrostruktury i właściwości mechanicznych złączy spawanych laserowo, wykonanych z dwóch gatunków stali: 16Mo3 i 13CrMo4-5.
ABSTRACT: Presented in the paper are the results of microstructural examination as well as those of mechanical tests to the laser welds joining the parts made from steel grades: 16Mo3 and 13CrMo4 5 respectively. The weld joint areas were tested for disposition of specific hardness points and for tensile strength and fracture toughness as revealed in particular weld zones. The obtained results confirmed the laser welding techniques to be adequate to produce joints of high quality and strength.
KEYWORDS: laser welding, microstructure, tensile properties, fracture toughness
