Problems of analysis of axially loaded steel behavior under laser welded panel
Mechanik nr 12/2017 - Inżynieria materiałowa
STRESZCZENIE: Do praktycznego wdrożenia nowych rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych trzeba dysponować danymi wejściowymi do procesu modelowania zachowania się konstrukcji. Takim nowym elementem jest stalowy, spawany laserowo panel typu sandwich. W pracy przedstawiono wybrane problemy towarzyszące modelowaniu zachowań takiej struktury. Pokazano teoretyczne podstawy wyznaczania sztywności panelu, a następnie omówiono wyniki badań wyboczeniowych serii modeli o zmiennej geometrii.
SŁOWA KLUCZOWE: spawanie laserowe, nowy materiał konstrukcyjny, lekkie struktury
ABSTRACT: Application of new structural concepts requires obtaining data for modelling processes. Such a new idea is a steel laser welded sandwich panel. The paper presents selected problems concerning to modelling processes of such structure. Theoretical proposals for rigidity coefficients are presented and results of systematic buckling tests of natural scale models are discussed.
